  3. Mix it well and keep it in fridge for 1 hr.Cover it with a wrapper..
  4. Grease your palm with oil and take small portion of it.Make a Ball and press it..
  5. Put it in the bread crumbs and dip into the egg and put again in the bread crumbs..
  6. Now give a diamond shape of it..
  7. Take a pan and heat the oil..
  8. Put the cutlet in the oil and fry until it looks golden brown in colour..
  9. Remove it from the pan..
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad..
